How do I track my order?
You can track your Scento order using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or through your account dashboard. All orders are shipped with DPD and include full tracking.
How to Track Your Order
Method 1: www.scento.com/track (fastest)
You can easily track your order on the scento.com/track page by providing the order number that you have received after placing the order. (eg: SCN-XXXXXX)
Method 2: Email Tracking Link
Open the shipping confirmation email from Scento
Click the "Track Your Order" button
You'll be taken directly to the DPD tracking page
Method 3: Account Dashboard
Log in to your Scento account
Go to Orders
Find your order and click "Track Order"
View the current status and estimated delivery date
Method 4: DPD Website
Go to dpd.com/tracking
Enter your tracking number from the shipping email
View real-time package location and delivery estimate
Understanding Order Status
Status | What It Means |
Order Confirmed | We've received your order and it's being prepared |
Processing | Your perfumes are being carefully packed |
Shipped | Your package is on its way with DPD |
In Transit | Your package is moving through the delivery network |
Out for Delivery | Your package will arrive today |
Delivered | Your package has been delivered |
When Will I Get Tracking Information?
Tracking number: Sent via email within 1-2 business days of ordering
Email subject: "Your Scento Order Has Shipped"
Check spam folder: Sometimes shipping emails land there
I Haven't Received a Tracking Email
If it's been more than 2 business days since you ordered and you haven't received tracking:
Check your spam/junk folder
Verify your email address is correct in your account
Search for "Scento" in your inbox
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number
My Tracking Shows No Updates
Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update after initial shipment. If there's no movement after 3 days:
Check the tracking page again (updates may be delayed)
Contact our support team with your order number
We'll investigate with DPD and provide an update
