How to modify or cancel your Scento order before it ships, and what to do after it's been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order if it hasn't shipped yet. Once an order is dispatched, you'll need to wait for delivery and then request a return if needed.

Before Your Order Ships

To Cancel Your Order

Email [email protected] immediately

Include your order number in the subject line

Request cancellation

Timing is critical: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of catching it before dispatch.

To Change Your Order

If you need to modify your order (change fragrance, quantity, or shipping address):

Email [email protected] as soon as possible

Include your order number

Clearly state what changes you need

What we can change:

  • Shipping address

  • Fragrance selection (if in stock)

  • Quantity adjustments

What we cannot change:

  • Payment method (you'd need to cancel and reorder)

  • Apply discount codes after purchase

After Your Order Ships

Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. Your options are:

Wait for delivery and then return unopened items

Refuse the package when the courier attempts delivery (it will return to us)

If you refuse delivery, contact us at [email protected] so we can process your refund once we receive the returned package.

How to Know If Your Order Has Shipped

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking

  • Check your order status in your account dashboard

  • If you received tracking, the order is already on its way

Subscription Orders

For subscription orders, the rules are slightly different:

  • Before monthly billing: Change your fragrance selection in the calendar at least 5 days before your billing date

  • After billing: Contact support immediately if you need to modify

  • Future months: You can always update selections for upcoming months

Cancellation Refunds

If we successfully cancel your order before shipment:

  • Full refund issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days to appear in your account
