How do I view my order history?
You can view all your past orders, track shipments, and see order details in your Scento account dashboard.
Accessing Your Order History
Step 1: Sign In
Go to scento.com
Click "Sign In" in the top right corner
Enter your email and password (or use Google/Facebook)
Step 2: Go to Orders
Click your account icon or name
Select "Orders" from the menu
Or go directly to scento.com/account/orders
Step 3: View Your Orders
You'll see a list of all your orders, with the most recent at the top.
What You Can See
Order List View
Each order shows:
Order number
Order date
Order status
Total amount
Number of items
Order Detail View
Click on any order to see:
Products ordered (name, size, quantity)
Product images
Individual prices
Shipping address
Payment method used
Order subtotal, shipping, and total
Current delivery status
Tracking information (if shipped)
Order Statuses Explained
Status | What It Means |
Confirmed | Order received and payment successful |
Processing | Order is being prepared for shipment |
Shipped | Package is on its way (tracking available) |
In Transit | Package is moving through the delivery network |
Out for Delivery | Package will arrive today |
Delivered | Package has been delivered |
Cancelled | Order was cancelled before shipping |
Tracking Your Order
From the order details page:
Click "Track Order" button
You'll see the latest tracking status
Click the tracking link to view full details on the carrier's website
Finding a Specific Order
By Date
Orders are sorted by date, newest first. Scroll down to find older orders.
By Order Number
If you have your order number (from a confirmation email):
Use your browser's search function (Ctrl/Cmd + F)
Type the order number
It will highlight the matching order
Check Your Email
You can also find order details in your confirmation emails. Search your inbox for "Scento order" or your order number.
Subscription Orders
If you have a subscription, you'll see:
Monthly subscription orders listed chronologically
Selection details for each month
Subscription-specific tracking
Link to manage your subscription
Can't Find Your Order?
Recently Placed
New orders may take a few minutes to appear. Refresh the page after 5-10 minutes.
Ordered as Guest
If you checked out as a guest (without creating an account), your order won't appear in the order history. Check your confirmation email for order details, or contact support with your order number.
Used Different Email
If you have multiple email addresses, you may have ordered using a different one. Check other email accounts for confirmation emails.
Downloading Order Information
Currently, orders can be viewed on screen. If you need a formal receipt or invoice:

Provide your order number
We'll send you a PDF receipt
