How do I update my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address in your account settings. Changes apply to future orders and subscription deliveries.
Update Your Default Shipping Address
Step 1: Sign In
Go to scento.com
Sign in to your account
Step 2: Access Account Details
Click your account icon or name
Select "Account" or "Details"
Or go directly to scento.com/account/details
Step 3: Edit Your Address
Find the "Shipping Address" section
Update the relevant fields:
- Street address - Apartment, suite, or unit number - City - Region/Province/State - Postal code - Country
Click "Save Changes"

When Changes Take Effect
For Subscriptions
Before billing: Address change applies to the upcoming shipment
After billing: Change applies to the following month
Safe buffer: Update at least 5 days before your billing date to ensure it applies
For One-Time Orders
The new default address will be pre-filled at checkout
You can still enter a different address during checkout if needed
Can I Change an Order That's Already Placed?
Before Shipping
Contact [email protected] immediately. We may be able to update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
After Shipping
Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed. Your options:
Wait for delivery at the current address
Contact the carrier to redirect (fees may apply)
If undeliverable, it will return to us for reshipment
Multiple Addresses
Currently, Scento stores one primary shipping address. However, you can:
Enter a different address at checkout for any order
Update your primary address as often as needed
Moving Countries?
If you're moving to a different country:
Check Coverage
Verify we ship to your new country (see delivery countries)
Update Everything
Change your shipping address
Check your subscription settings
Update billing information if payment methods differ
Currency Changes
Your subscription pricing may adjust based on your new country's currency and shipping costs.
Common Issues
Country Not Available
If your new country isn't in the dropdown, we don't currently ship there. Contact support to check if there are alternatives.
Address Validation Errors
Verify postal code matches the city
Check for typos in the address
Try removing special characters
Changes Not Saving
Ensure all required fields are filled
Clear browser cache and try again
Try a different browser
Tips for Successful Delivery
Be Specific
Include apartment numbers, floor numbers, or building names to help carriers find you.
Consider Accessibility
If you're often away:
Use a work address
Add delivery instructions for a safe place
Use a local pickup point if available
Double-Check Details
Verify your postal code and city match - incorrect postal codes are a common cause of delivery issues.
