Is it safe to enter my card details?
Yes. We use Stripe, a trusted payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your payment information is encrypted and we never see or store your full card number.
Why was I charged in a different currency?
Your bank may display the charge in your local currency after conversion. The amount charged is the exact price shown at checkout.
Can I save my payment method for later?
When you create an account and subscribe, your payment method is securely saved for future purchases and recurring payments.
Do you accept PayPal?
Currently, we don't accept PayPal. We recommend using a credit/debit card or one of our digital wallet options.
Do you accept gift cards?
Scento gift cards are not currently available, but we're working on adding this feature.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, Klarna is available in most EU countries, allowing you to split your payment into installments.
