How do I pause or skip my subscription?

Guide to pausing your Scento subscription or skipping individual months.

Need a break? You can pause or cancel your SCENTO+ Membership anytime directly from your account.

No contracts. No commitments.

Pause Your Membership

If you'd like a temporary break from SCENTO+, you can pause your membership at any time.

How to Pause

  1. Go to scento.com/account

  2. Click Manage Membership

  3. Open the customer portal

  4. Select Pause Membership

  5. Choose how long you'd like to pause


What Happens When You Pause

During your pause:

✓ No monthly membership charge
✓ No new monthly store credit added
✓ Your account remains active
✓ Your preferences stay saved
✓ Resume anytime


Pause Duration

You can pause for:

• 1 month
• 2 months
• 3 months
• Or resume manually whenever you'd like


Resume Your Membership

Ready to come back?

  1. Go to scento.com/account

  2. Click Manage Membership

  3. Select Resume Membership

Your monthly renewal date will continue automatically.


Cancel Your Membership

Want to completely stop your membership?

  1. Open Manage Membership

  2. Click Cancel Membership

No cancellation fees.

Ever.

You can always join again later.


Timing Matters

To avoid your next renewal, make changes at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Example:

Renewal date: June 19
Pause/cancel before: June 18

If your payment already processed, your membership benefits remain active until your next cycle.

If your membership payment was already processed:

• Your current month's benefits remain active
• Store credit already added to your account remains available
• Any changes apply to your next renewal cycle
