How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Scento subscription anytime in about 15 seconds. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum commitment, and no hoops to jump through.
How to Cancel
Step 1: Access Your Subscription
Find the "My Subscription" section
Click "Manage Subscription"
Step 2: Cancel in Stripe Portal
You'll be taken to the secure Stripe customer portal
Click "Cancel subscription" or "Cancel plan"
Choose when to cancel:
- Immediately: Ends now, no more charges - At period end: Continues until your next billing date, then ends
Step 3: Confirm
Confirm your cancellation
You'll receive an email confirmation
Done!

Common Questions
Will I be charged again after canceling?
No. Once canceled, you won't be charged again. If you chose "cancel at period end," you'll have one final charge for the current period only.
Can I get a refund for my current month?
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable for the current period. However, if you haven't received your shipment yet, contact support and we may be able to help.
What happens to my free atomizer case?
It's yours to keep forever, even if you cancel.
Can I cancel and rejoin later?
Yes! You can rejoin anytime. Your account, order history, and preferences will still be there.
Do I have to give a reason?
No, but we appreciate feedback so we can improve. The cancellation form may ask, but it's optional.
