How do I change my subscription fragrance selection?
You can change your fragrance selection for upcoming months anytime using the Calendar. Just make changes at least 5 days before your billing date.
Using the Calendar
Access Your Calendar
Sign in to your Scento account
Go to scento.com/calendar
Or click "Calendar" from your account dashboard
Select a Fragrance
Click on any future month
Browse or search our fragrance collection
Click a fragrance to select it
Your selection is automatically saved
Change an Existing Selection
Go to the month you want to change
Click remove on the current fragrance
Browse and select a new one
Done - new selection is saved
Selection Deadline
The 5-Day Rule
Make or change your selection at least 5 days before your billing date.
Example:
Billing date: March 15
Selection deadline: March 10
Any changes after March 10 may not apply to March's order
After the Deadline
If you miss the deadline:
We'll select a fragrance based on your preferences
You can still browse and set selections for future months
Contact support if you need to make urgent changes

Your calendar shows 2 slots per month
Fill both slots with different fragrances
Can select from entire collection
Luxury Plan (3 Fragrances)
Your calendar shows 3 slots per month
Fill all three with different fragrances

Finding the Right Fragrance
Search & Filter
On the fragrance selection page, you can:
Search by name or brand
Filter by scent family (woody, floral, fresh, etc.)
Filter by gender (for him, for her, unisex)
Sort by popularity, new arrivals, or price
Recommendations
Check your scent profile for personalized suggestions
Browse Similar fragrances on each product page
Read customer reviews and ratings
Premium Fragrance Notice
Some luxury fragrances have an extra price surcharge. This is clearly shown before you confirm your selection.
What If I Don't Choose?
Auto-Selection
If you don't make a selection before the deadline, we'll:
Review your preferences and past choices
Select a fragrance we think you'll love
Email you about the auto-selection
Ship it with your regular order
Opting Out
If you'd rather skip a month than receive an auto-selection:
Remove all selections from that month
Or pause your subscription for that month
Viewing Past Selections
Order History
See what fragrances you've received:
Go to Account > Orders
Click on any past order
See the fragrance details
Calendar View
Scroll back in the calendar to see past months and what you selected.
Common Questions
Can I get the same fragrance every month?
Yes! You can select the same fragrance month after month if you've found your signature scent.
Can I change a selection after the deadline?
It depends on shipping status. Contact [email protected] immediately and we'll try to accommodate your request.
What if my chosen fragrance is out of stock?
We'll notify you and suggest similar alternatives. You can choose a different fragrance or wait for restocking.
Can I select fragrances months in advance?
Yes! You can fill in selections for as many future months as you like. Planning ahead ensures you always get exactly what you want.
How do I know which fragrances are premium (extra cost)?
Premium fragrances show their extra price clearly on the selection page and product cards.
