How Billing Works
First Payment
Your first payment is charged immediately when you join SCENTO+.
New members currently receive:

✓ Immediate access to member pricing and benefits
Your membership benefits activate right away.
Recurring Renewals
After joining, your membership renews automatically every month.
You'll be charged on the same date you originally subscribed.
Example:
Join March 15 → Renew April 15 → Renew May 15
End-of-Month Billing Dates
If you joined on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, some months may not have that date.
In those cases, your renewal moves to the last available day of the month.
Example:
Join January 31 → Renew February 28 (or 29)

In Your Account
Go to scento.com/account
Open Manage Membership
Your upcoming renewal date will appear
In the Customer Portal
You can also:
• View billing history
• View previous invoices
• See upcoming charges
• Manage payment details
Updating Your Payment Method
How to Update
Go to scento.com/account
Click Manage Membership
Open the customer portal
Select Update Payment Method
Add your new payment details
When to Update
Update your payment method if:
• Your card expires soon
• You received a replacement card
• You want to use another payment method
• A payment recently failed
Failed Payments
What Happens If Payment Fails?
If a renewal cannot be processed:
• We'll retry automatically
• You'll receive an email notification
• You may be asked to update payment details
To avoid interruption, update your payment method as soon as possible.
If Payments Continue Failing
After multiple failed attempts:
• Your membership may become inactive
• Member benefits may pause temporarily
You can reactivate anytime by updating your payment details.
Can I Change My Renewal Date?
Your renewal date is linked to the day you originally joined and usually cannot be changed manually.
If you'd prefer another billing date, you can:
• Cancel your membership
• Join again on your preferred date

Is there a yearly membership option?
Not currently.
We keep SCENTO+ monthly to give you complete flexibility.
Pause, cancel, or return anytime.
Why was I charged a different amount?
Possible reasons include:
• Promotional pricing ending after your first month
• Currency conversion by your bank
• Taxes or regional payment differences
Can I download invoices?
Yes.
Open Manage Membership → Billing History to access your invoices.
What time am I charged?
Renewals are processed on your billing date. The exact hour can vary.
