What is Scento's return policy?

Scento offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and sealed - Original cellophane and seal intact

  • Unused - Never sprayed or applied

  • Complete - All original packaging included

  • Within 30 days - From your delivery date

Important: Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrance products. Once the seal is broken, the item becomes non-returnable.

What CAN Be Returned

  • Unopened one-time purchase decants (0.75ml, 2ml, 8ml)

  • Sealed gift sets

  • Unused atomizer cases (in original packaging)

What CANNOT Be Returned

Ship the item back using a tracked service

Receive your refund after inspection

Do not send items without contacting us first. Returns without authorization may not be processed.
