Scento offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unopened and sealed - Original cellophane and seal intact
Unused - Never sprayed or applied
Complete - All original packaging included
Within 30 days - From your delivery date
Important: Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrance products. Once the seal is broken, the item becomes non-returnable.
